We recommend using a browser that allows you to edit your own proxy configuration:

Chrome

With the extension ProxySwitch, an additional proxy configuration can be specified.
Then the system settings for Chrome are not used,
but other programs still use the system settings for access to the Internet.

Firefox

A separate GUI is available for proxy configuration.

The proxy configuration is dependent on your Internet connection.

It is distinguished:

• With internet connection over local network e.g. Router, WiFi or WLAN
• Dial over Dial-up Network
